CrossFit for Every Level
Expert coaching, an exceptionally equipped 5,000-square-foot training facility and a supportive community in the heart of San Francisco’s South Park, SoMa, Mission Bay and tech-and-AI district.
Start where you are. Keep building from there.
CrossFit is infinitely scalable. We adjust movement complexity, range of motion, pace and load so every athlete can train with purpose, develop confidence and make consistent progress.
Beginner
New to CrossFit? Our comprehensive Elements program evaluates your current fitness and builds the movement foundation you need for group classes.
Every movement has an accessible version. We can reduce range of motion, modify complexity and choose weights that meet your current strength and flexibility.
The goal is gradual, safe progress. With consistent attendance, athletes commonly notice major improvements in fitness and confidence within six months.
Experienced
Experienced CrossFit athletes can request a coach evaluation, enter regular group classes or drop in while visiting San Francisco.
Our schedule includes morning, afternoon and evening classes, along with open-gym opportunities. The facility includes 12 lifting stations and extensive equipment.
Membership includes access to both CrossFit South Park and our sister gym, CrossFit Potrero Hill.
Competitive / Advanced
High-level athletes looking for a competitive CrossFit environment will find coaches prepared to recognize Rx+ capacity and offer the right challenge within each workout.
CrossFit South Park and CrossFit Potrero Hill share an advanced coaching team, including multiple CrossFit Level 3 coaches.
Membership also includes specialty training such as Sunday Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics and HYROX.
Come as you are. We’ll cheer you forward.
CrossFit South Park welcomes new athletes, longtime members and visiting drop-ins with open arms. We train hard without taking ourselves too seriously. We celebrate effort, coach through struggle and recognize every meaningful win—from a first push-up to a new personal record.
We sweat together, laugh together and finish together. When someone is still working, the room does not turn away—it gets louder. Progress belongs to the athlete, but the moment belongs to the community.
CrossFit that fits your San Francisco workday.
Many CrossFit South Park athletes are busy professionals working in SoMa, South Park, Mission Bay and the Financial District.
Our on-site shower makes it possible to complete a powerful workout and transition directly into your day—without rushing home, awkward sink cleanups or wasted commuting time.
Whether you choose a 6:00 AM class before the office or a lunchtime CrossFit session, you can cool down, shower on-site, change comfortably and walk back to work ready to perform.
Coaching people notice. A community people remember.
Favorite CrossFit gym I have ever been to. The coaches instruct exceptionally well and pay close attention to how every movement is executed. Every success is celebrated—whether it is your first push-up or your first muscle-up.
I dropped in for two classes while on a work trip. The gym is beautiful, the equipment is excellent and the coaching is top tier. I am definitely coming back next time I am in San Francisco.
I arrived without an athletic background and initially felt intimidated. The coaches helped me find my level, gave specific adjustments and encouraged me to keep discovering what I am capable of.
A large, exceptionally equipped CrossFit gym in South Park.
CrossFit South Park is located at 361 Brannan Street in San Francisco. With a top-tier coaching staff, an engaged fitness community and 5,000 square feet of training space, it is one of the city’s largest CrossFit facilities.
Classes are taught by the same coaching organization as CrossFit Potrero Hill, giving members access to two San Francisco locations, broader scheduling options and a shared training community.
IN.
Show up fully—for yourself and for the people training beside you.
Being all in does not mean being the strongest athlete in the room. It means committing to the work, accepting coaching, supporting the community and returning consistently enough to discover what you can become.
Your first class is free.
Meet the coaches, experience the community and complete a workout adapted to your current ability. You do not need to get fit before beginning CrossFit.
